Teriyaki Chicken Recipe
This is not an authentic Teriyaki Chicken Recipe, but it is nevertheless delicious. "Teri" refers to the sticky glaze on the chicken and "yaki" means "grilled." Traditionally, this dish should be cooked under the grill with the skin on. However, the dish has been modified to make an easy oven baked chicken breast recipe. This is one of those simple chicken recipes using a few ingredients. Ideal for dinner or use the leftovers in a lunchbox.
