EasyPreparation time: 5 minutesServes: 8 Ingredients: 8oz / 250g low fat cottage cheese4oz / 120g smoked salmon or smoked trout1 tablespoon lemon juicespinkle of black pepper2oz / 60g smoked salmon, extra (optional) Method: - Place the cottage cheese, 4oz / 120g smoked salmon, lemon juice and black pepper in a food processor and blitz until the mixture is just smooth. It doesn't matter if the mixture is a bit chunky.
- Chop the remaining 2oz / 60g smoked salmon and fold into the dip mixture.
- Chill.
