Raspberry Smoothie Recipes

Healthy Breakfast Recipes

This is the easiest of raspberry smoothie recipes and a great start to the day, especially if you have kids who don't like eating a big breakfast.

If you are after low calorie smoothie recipes, use fat free milk. This smoothie recipe is rich in calcium and vitamin C, and you are getting potassium from the banana. See below if you want other ideas for smoothie recipes. Our kids like nothing better than starting the day with a smoothie. Yogurt smoothie recipes also make a healthy snack and give an energy boost when kids come home from school.


  • Easy
  • Preparation time: under 5 minutes
  • Makes 4 cups
  • Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana (not over-ripe)
  • 4 guavas, peeled
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 3 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • Method:

    1. Blend all the ingredients together. You may not be able to blend completely the guava pips, but this doesn't seem to bother our kids. Serve in 4 tumblers.

    Ring the changes by adding:

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • Add 1 cup of blackberries or blueberries
  • Add ½ cup almonds
