Whilst commercial muffins have morphed into giant-size portions, the quantities for the recipes below will usually yield 12 moderate sized muffins. It sometimes seems an anomaly to have "healthy" muffin recipes when we look at some of the ingredients, such as choc chips - but at least these ones are colorant-free, preservative-free and generally lower in fat. Plus, there is little to beat the aroma of homemade muffins. Enjoy these offerings.
