Yogurt Smoothie Recipes

Try this Healthy Fruit Smoothie recipe which is full of tropical fruit.

If you are after weight loss meals, use fat-free yogurt and milk and omit the honey. Smoothies are an integral part of our healthy breakfast recipes. They are ideal if you are trying to foster a healthy diet for kids - they give a good nutritional boost at the beginning of the day. Try to use plain probiotic yogurt.


  • Easy
  • Preparation time: 5 minutes
  • Makes 4 short glasses or 2 tall glasses
  • Ingredients:

  • 1 small pineapple, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 5 guavas, peeled
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (full cream or fat free)
  • 1 cup milk (full cream or fat free)
  • Method:

    1. Blitz all the ingredients in a blender. Serve in 4 short glasses or 2 tall glasses.
